This is a vintage Avon lead crystal domed snowflake paperweight. It is 3 1/2" wide and 2" tall. There is a gold foil label on the side that reads Cristal France Genuine Lead Crystal (also in French and German). In my research, consensus was that this is an Avon piece. Avon hired out all their glass production to high quality brands and factories. The paperweight is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
