This is a pink Art Deco style Depression Glass center handle sandwich, tidbit, or pastry serving tray. The handle is squared off at the top. The rim is reverse painted black with white enamel moriage raised painted flowers on the top. The tray is 11 3/4" wide and 4" tall to the top of the handle. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. I have not been able to identify the pattern or manufacturer name.
