This is a vintage Echo scarf, not like any other Echo scarf I have seen before. It is thickly woven with a rainbow scheme and black polka dots on one side and black with rainbow polka dots on the other. It has a fringe. The scarf is thick like a throw blanket. The scarf is 23" x 72." There is a small Echo label sewn into the side. The scarf is in excellent condition.
