This is a vintage Farberware aluminum clad stainless steel 12" skillet frying pan or chicken fryer. It has a double black bakelite handle. The base is marked Farberware aluminum clad stainless steel Bronx, NY USA. That backstamp dates it to between the 1950s-1980s. The pan is in very good condition. The aluminum base shows the most wear. Please see photos to assess condition.
