This is a vintage Federal Glass 86 oz ice lip pitcher that was hand painted and satinized by a decorating company; the Washington Company of Washington, Pennsylvania. There is a gold foil label near the top that says Washington. The pitcher is clear with a frosted or satin finish, then it was hand painted with black squiggles/curls. Some of the curls are filled in with colors and look like balloons in red, yellow, blue, and purple. The pitcher is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is 9 1/4" tall to the top of the ice lip.
