This is a pair of vintage porcelain and metal lamps. The porcelain pieces are cobalt blue with white ovals and hand painted pink roses. I believe they are French, but they are not signed or marked. The dimmer switches on the cords are marked Gilbert, but that is the maker of the electrical components, not the actual lamps. The porcelain pieces are small, 2" x 2 1/2." The entire lamp is 12" to the top of the socket, a bulb and shade would add more height. The metal is embossed with leaves and is non magnetic. I think it is spelter. JKT
