This is a vintage Indiana Glass Teardrop pattern handled cake plate. It is decorated with white and blue flashing on the underside, and hand painted flowers on the surface. The plate is 13 1/2" x 10 3/4." It is in excellent condition. Indiana Glass made Teardrop in clear between 1950-1980. This decoration was an aftermarket addition by a different company, I don't know which one.
