This is a vintage 1950s JC Higgins Fine Luggage medium blue hard side faux leather train case. It has brass fittings: clamps, locks, hinges, and handle. The train case has a mirror inside the lid and a plastic tray that sits in the top. It is 14 3/8" x 10 1/4" x 7 3/4." Everything is in very good condition, gently used. I do not have the key.
