This is a single peacock feather gold, green, and blue decorated highball glass tumbler. It is 5 1/2" tall. The glass is in excellent condition. It is marked CCC on the base. This is the mark the Continental Can Co used on glassware between 1957-1964 when they owned Hazel Atlas. The decoration was probably done by an aftermarket decorating company, but it is not signed by one. The glass is in excellent condition.
