This is a vintage silver cuff bracelet with a white abalone flower on a field of crushed green stone all in an oval. The back is marked Hecho En Mexico (made in Mexico) and there is not a marking as to silver content. It is not silver plated, so either it is sterling or a grade of silver below sterling, possibly 800 silver. It does need a polish but otherwise is in excellent condition. The bracelet is 1 1/8" high, 2 1/4" across the widest part for the wrist, and the opening in back is just over 1 1/2". Silver is pretty malleable, so you can adjust is slightly bigger or smaller to fit a small to medium wrist. Total mass 15g.
