This is a pair of vintage Pier 1 Rioja pattern tall flared champagne flutes. They have alternating panels of clear glass and flashed red with hand painted gold squiggles or curlicues over the red. Each is 10" tall and 3 1/4" wide. They are in good to very good condition. There is some red paint loss, but not chips or cracks. Rioja was made in Romania for Pier 1 in the 1990s.
