This is a vintage bright floral canvas handbag purse by Sun 'n Sand. It is in wide horizontal stripes of turquoise blue, yellow, and purple, with blue handles. The lining has a plastic finish on the back side of the canvas. The purse was made in India. There is a website address on the acrylic hang tag, so I think this dates to the early 2000s. The purse is 12 1/2" x 8" x 4 1/2." It is in very good, gently used condition. Please see all the photos to assess condition.
