This is a vintage Vera Neumann square silk scarf, color blocked in green, pink, and white. It is printed with black Chinese calligraphy characters. The script roughly translates to "to lead by example." The scarf has two sewn in labels, one says "Triangle Made in China" on the front and "Pure Silk Hand Printed" on the back. The other label says "scarves by Vera all silk-hand rolled dry clean only /made in The People's Republic of China." There is also a square printed Vera signature under a signature in more calligraphy. It is 26 1/2" square. The scarf is in excellent condition. This is a rare Vera!
