This is a vintage 1950s Victorian Revival style goldtone charm bracelet. Each charm is goldtone metal with an art glass inset, all the charms look like old watch fobs. They are a variety of shapes and colors. The bracelet is not signed or marked, which surprised me. It is 7 1/4" long.
