This is a vintage Roman brand white bisque porcelain baby photo picture frame lamp. It is the frame only, the lamp pieces of the bulb and cord are missing. The frame is embossed with roses and a scene of a baby in a Christening gown getting baptized. It is dated 1998 on a label on the base. The frame is 8" x 5 3/4" and holds a 3 1/2" x 5" or possibly a 4" x 6" picture. The porcelain is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
