This is a vintage 1990s Addiction brand silk tie in a black and multicolor Christmas lights themed print. The fabric is a jacquard weave with a red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple light bulbs on black print design. The tie is 3 7/8" wide and 58" long. It is in very good condition with a couple of loose threads.
