This is a set of six blown glass water goblets with amber stacked three balls stems and clear bowls. Only four made it into the photos, but then I found two more. Each is 6 5/8" tall and 3 5/8" wide. They are not signed or marked, and I have not been able to identify the maker. They are similar to the Libbey Knob Hill pattern, but the rims aren't right. This amber color of glass is also called topaz and gold by various glass makers.
