This is a vintage black velvet evening bag with a silk cord shoulder strap that tucks inside to turn the bag into a clutch. There is no label other than a Made in China tag inside, but I believe it is a Courtenay brand purse. The bag is 7 5/8" x 4 5/8" x 2 5/8." It is in excellent condition.
