This is a small lead crystal bowl with hand cut stars and lines. I think it is Bohemia Crystal Crystalex in the Queen's Lace pattern. The bowl has a notched rim. It is 4 1/4" wide at the top, 2 3/4" tall. It is not marked or signed. It is vintage to the 1960s.
