This is a vintage black patent vinyl purse evening bag with a diagonal flap and a velvet stripe on the flap. The purse is 8" x 6 1/2" x 1 1/2." It has a black silk woven cord shoulder strap that tucks inside to turn the bag into a clutch. There is a black and gold label on the inside back wall that reads City Nights Made in China. The purse is in excellent condition.
