This is a vintage clear rhinestone bar slide pendant or scarf slide. It also might be a buckle of some kind. It is not signed or marked. The bar is six large rhinestones in a row between two lines of tiny round rhinestones. Total length is 2 3/8." It is 3/4" wide. It has a slightly curved shape. The piece is in very good condition, some of the small rhinestone have darkened with age. If anyone knows exactly what this is, please tell me!
