This is a vintage 1940s-50s Wild Rose pattern hammered aluminum two tier tidbit serving tray. It is marked Continental Silver Co. Inc Wild Rose Brilliantone 1044 on the base. The underside of the tidbit is much shinier than the top. I don't know if polishing the top would achieve the same level of shininess. The tidbit is 9 1/2" wide and 9" tall.
