This is a vintage wooden hand made German Christmas nativity candle carousel in three tiers. It is incomplete, missing the candle cups piece and the windmill fan for the top. It is 15" tall and 9" x 7 3/4" across the base. It is also missing a section of fence. Other than the missing pieces it is in good condition.
