This is an Imperlux lead crystal footed bowl with scalloped panels around the top and lid, and frosted or satinized large roses around the base. The bowl rests on three feet made of the same roses. The dish with lid is 4 1/4" tall and 5 3/4" wide. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is not signed or marked, but it seems to be an Imperlux piece. It is possible this is the same as the base of the candy dish in this pattern, missing the lid, but it functions perfectly well as a serving bowl.
