This is a vintage Lausitzer Glas lead crystal clear glass rose bowl. It is cut in a spiral of curved lines, the lines on the top wave up to the left and the ones on the bottom go in the opposite direction. The bowl is not signed or marked, but I have found the identical one with the original label elsewhere. It was made by Lausitzer Glass in East Germany, also known and the German Democratic Republic, der Deustche Demokratische Republik, or the DDR. The bowl is 3" across the top, 4 1/2" at the widest point, and 3 3/4" high. It is in very good condition, there is a small chip on the underside of the top rim.
