This is a 1930s National China Patricia pattern oval vegetable serving bowl. It is 11 1/8" across the handles. The bowl is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. I also have a set of matching cups and saucers with an Imperial backstamp. Imperial made the identical pattern, or National also used the Imperial mark, I am not sure which.
