This is a vintage Pickard Studios decorated hand painted two tier tea or cracker server with a pedestal plate over a larger plate. It is all one piece. The tray has wide gold trim, gold scrolls, and hand painted pink, blue and green leaves. It has a blue backstamp that has RS in a wreath with a star at the top and Tillowitz Silesia at the bottom. There is another black circle mark that says Hand Painted China W. Pickard. The Pickard mark was used in 1918-1919. The dish is 8 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" tall. The dish is in excellent condition.
