This is a vintage 1982 plush Smurf musical toy. The smurf has a metal key that turns in the back to wind the music box inside. The head moves when the music plays. I haven't identified the specific music, but the songs sound like lullabies. The doll is 10" tall. The white parts of the plush are a little yellowed and dingy in spots, I have not tried to clean it.
